Grounds
Sydney Showjumping Club comprises 4 grass competition arenas, each with their own warm up area.
The Committee are continually monitoring the condition of the grounds and have planned maintenance activities to keep the footing at a high standard. We have an arena maintenance and improvement plan in place for all arenas and warmups.
Arenas and warm up areas are fully irrigated as we are lucky to have a large dam on site.
The main competition arena (Ring 2) has a high quality geo-pro footing / sand warm up area that provides great riding conditions for horses all year round.
SSJC shares the grounds with the Hawkesbury Riding Club (with shared usage of Arena 4) and the Hawkesbury Sheepdog Trialing Club.
The grounds provide plenty of parking space for trucks and floats. Please do not park too close to the cross country fences, these are owned by Hawkesbury Riding Club and are out of bounds for Sydney Showjumping Club members.
