Can we bring our dogs?

We would prefer for your dogs to be left at home. However, if you do bring them to Jump Club they must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed on the grass rings or near the practice arenas.

How does my membership work?

Membership is renewed June 30 and runs for the financial year. You can become a member via the Global Entries Online website.

Is there a dress code?

Yes.

Training Days a collared shirt with sleeves is required for safety and any colour breeches or jodhpurs are permitted.

Competition Days please dress neat and tidy - light coloured jodhpurs or breeches (white or light fawn) and collared shirt required.

How do I enter?

The entries for Jump Club Events is done exclusively on Global Entries Online.

How many rounds can I enter per horse?

Training Days - a maximum of 2 rounds per horse is allowed. These can be at the same or concurrent heights.

On Competition Days - only 2 rounds are allowed. In Rings 1 and 3 you can jump the same height class twice. However, only your first round is competitive and your second is deemed HC.

However, unlike at training events in Ring 2 there are no HC rounds allowed. Therefore you are unable to for instance jump the 1.10m twice.

Can I bring second horse down to the practice arena?

Yes, however as a safety concern all horses must be wearing a bridle in and around the practice areas.

What can I do to help on event days?

We are very welcoming of members to wishing to assist. Please see the Event secretary in the office or the Club President Colleen Brook, Secretary Dr Juho Looveer or Treasurer Susan Nault.

Additionally you can respond to announcements asking for help over the PA with tasks such as course changes.

Can I ride my bike or e-scooter around to the practice area?

Due to safety reasons, no e-scooters, bikes, prams or children under 5 are allowed in the practice area or laneways towards the areas.
